The LD-18 is a digital water leak detector equipped with a noise reduction system that significantly removes intermittent sounds such as footsteps, people talking, and passing vehicles. Other features include high and low filters, storage and graphing of sound levels, a USB connection and backlight. In addition to the 8 frequency filters there are 2 notch filters designed to remove continuous interferences such as A/C hum, motors, and wind. Sound levels can be logged on a computer for future use using the included software. |
